Michael was a great childhood friend, of whom I have many memories. I lost touch with Mike after graduation until I returned to Paris a few years ago. I was thrilled to see him. He looked great and I was so glad to see that he had done well for himself. I was shocked to hear of his passing.

He was an amazing athlete and a fun loving kid, but was humble and quiet at the same time. I wish we could have had more time together as adults. God's peace to his family and loved ones.
