Kenneth Halbert, 84 of Paris passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 in Paris. He was born December 27, 1932 in Waco, Texas. Kenneth was a United States Marine Corp Veteran and was a former Police Officer in Torrance, California.

He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita (Berry) Halbert; his parents, Andrew and Rose (McDonald) Halbert; two brothers, James and Bill and one sister, Varve.

He is survived by his children, Elaine Halbert Greenwood, David Halbert and wife Janet, Joyce Halbert Olivier and husband Art, Kenneth Halbert Jr. and wife Shannon; his step children, Linda Kalesh Feyen, James Boatman and Tom Boatman; three sisters, Olive, Katherine and Rosemary and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Sandra Wiggins. Burial will follow in Horn Cemetery in Midway under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
