Harry Williams, 77, a resident of Cecil passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at his residence.

He was born February 14, 1939, to the late Hubert and Pauline Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Williams of Cecil; a son, James Kolb of Cecil; a daughter, Sherri Brown of Scranton; a sister; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A private graveside memorial service will be held under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
