Ronald G. Collin, 68 of Ratcliff, Arkansas passed away on December 16, 2015 in Ratcliff. He was born on March 18, 1947 in Double Springs, Alabama to his parents Chester Alonzo and Emma Jean (Basque) Collins. He served 19 years in the US Army where he earned the national defense service medal, the Vietnam service medal with four service stars, The Purple Heart, and the Army commendation medal for his service during Vietnam. Ronald enjoyed making dream catchers and racing his 1981 Camero at the Centerton racetrak and spending time with family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Emma Collins, two brothers; Dale Collins and Ricky Collins and one sister; Elzie Mae Reynolds.

He is survived by his son, Larry Collins and wife Stacey of Charleston, two daughters; Cheryl Taylor and husband David of Greenwood, Jodi Collins and husband Chris Lawrence of Mansfield, six grandchildren; Nathan Collins, Mykala Collins, Casey Collins, Zachery Collins, Evan Mclaughlin and Baylee Lawrence, four great grandchildren; Emma Collins, Adilyn Collins, Raina Collins and Kaden Collins, one sister; Carol (Collins) Davis and husband Howard of Ft. Hood, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

There will be a private family Memorial Service at the Fort Smith National Cemetery at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
