Freda Weeks Kennedy, 100, of Sherwood, passed away on September 12, 2018. She was born on July 22, 1918 in North Little Rock to Fredrick and Anna Korte Weed.

Freda was a member of Immaculate Conception Arts and Crafts and was an Adorer in the Immaculate Conception Perpetual Adoration Chapel. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, even into her 80s.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

Freda is survived by two sons, Gary Weeks (Deborah) of San Diego, California and Paul Weeks (Alice) of Sherwood; one daughter, Carla Weeks Jones (Craig) of Sherwood; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock, on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 5-6PM with a Rosary Service beginning at 6PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock.

A private family burial will be held at a later date.

If you ever met My Aunt Freda, You know how special she was. She always had a way that made you feel special. Paul, Carla, Gary and family, you all are in my prayers.

So sorry to learn of Mrs. Weeks passing. I remember growing up she was such a sweet and kind lady. My thoughts and prayers are with Gary, Carla, Paul and family.
