December 28, 1937 - August 4, 2018

Kenneth Ray Cotton, age 80, passed away on August 4, 2018. He honorably served in the United States Air Force, then graduated from Arkansas Tech as well as Tulane University, earning a master's degree in Social Work. He was employed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services from 1966-2000, serving mostly in administrative areas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, J.D. and Nadine Hutcherson Cotton, two sisters, Pat White and Paulette Whitley. He is survived by his wife, Linda O'Brian Cotton; sister, Darlene Harris, children; Kenneth Cotton, Jr. (Mona), Nikki Cotton, Cody Hollis (Brian) and Cami Darnell, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at 11:30AM '''' 12:30PM on August 8, 2018 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock (501-791-7400) with burial to follow at 1:00PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
