Amy and family, I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so very sorry for your loss. Eric will certainly be missed by all who were blessed to know him.
My heart is broken by Eric's passing. I only got to spend time with him a few times, but here's what I know about him.
He had a warm, infectious, genuine smile, a quick wit, and a gentle manner. He was an excellent cook with a passion for food. He wrote well. He had cats. He loved the hell out of my best friend, and made her the happiest I've ever seen her.
Standing next to Amy at their wedding, I got to see the love written on his face when he looked into Amy's eyes and said his wedding vows. He loved her the way she deserved to be loved, the way I hope all of us will one day find love - true, passionate, and with everything that he had.
The world has lost a truly remarkable, wonderful person.
Amy, my heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry you're facing this. My condolences and much love to you. Praying for you, seriously. Hugs, friend.
I would like to express my deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family of Eric Steward. I am truly sorry for the lost that your family is feeling. Experiencing the lost of a beloved family member is one of the hardest thing that any of us can go thru. And because of that my thoughts and prayers are with your family. Take comfort in knowing that God never intent for us to deal with sickness or death. But have assurance in this wonderful promise that God holds out for us. He promise us that very soon, he is going to reunite us back with all those loved ones we have lost. (John 5:28,29) Until that time, cherish all the wonderful memories that you have of Mr. Eric. These precious memories will console the family in the day's ahead.
Amy, my prayers are with you.
All my love.
My thoughts and prayers are with Amy and Eric’s family. I’m glad we made that trip to Vegas, Hoover dam, and the Grand Canyon together. He was a good travel companion, a funny guy, and a great husband to Amy.
