George Martin Gjestvang, Jr., 80, of Little Rock, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017. He was born on May 29, 1937 to the late Dr. George M. and Anna Lee Gjestvang in Little Rock.

George is also preceded in death by his sons: Morris E. Gjestvang, George M. Gjestvang III; two sisters, Marie Heitman and Sharlotte Sawyer; and great-granddaughter, Addison Lynn Childers.

George was a pilot who loved to fly and he enjoyed playing with his great-grandson. He retired from Kennedy Air Conditioning.

George is survived by his wife, Patricia Gjestvang; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Tiffani Childers (Rick); grandson, Chris M. Gjestvang of Mablevale; and great-grandson, Colton Childers of North Little Rock and one brother, David Gjestvang of Mountain View.

Graveside Service will be Saturday, December 02, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Riverwood Memorial Gardens, 301 Carnahan Drive, Maumelle, AR 72113. Arrangements are by Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock, AR 72116.
