I was one of Dave's caregivers. I was with him a year and a half. It was truly an honor! We ended up with a good bond and he became more like a dad to me. He will be missed by many. Love ya papa!!

Dave was my "Big Brother." I knew him as a man full of life who enjoyed sharing his enthusiasm and happiness with family, friends and anyone that would join in with him. He was always ready to give everyone a big smile, a hug, and a kiss. I already miss hearing him say "Hey, Sis" whenever we called each other. May he rest in peace. Love, Sis
I attended four years of high school with Dave in Waverly, Kansas.
Dave was a very valued friend. I suppose if I could have "do overs", I would somehow find a way to spend at least one more day with Dave before needing to say "Good bye for now". Somehow in this short space, I want to express my most sincere condolences to Dave's family and those he leaves behind.
