My Dear Hunan, I did not see this in the paper until today. I was so stunned. It was such my pleasure to know you and Nick. He was such a kind, compassionate person. He loved you so much Hunan. He was so caring and protective of you. I will always remember your sweet little family. We all worked so hard to get Rami into your arms. He is the last baby I delivered. Nick was so proud, so grateful, and always so humble. my thoughts and love are with you always --

Nick was one of those people you enjoyed seeing and talking to. He will be so dearly missed. He brightened many of my work days when I talked to him at the store. RIP Nick
So sorry to hear of Nick's passing. Praying for the family.
Hey Buddy!!
You hit the lottery, and Heaven is your reward!!
We were shocked and saddened at hearing of the loss of Nick...Always so friendly with a Hey Darlin or Hey Buddy upon entrance to Bear Creek....we will miss your presence and welcoming nature and look forward to seeing you again one day.....Keep cheering those hogs on from Heaven !!
RIP Buddy!
i have known Nick for quite some time and always enjoyed talking with him. i had come to know and love him and i told him he was my adopted son. He was always so good to my daughter, Lana, at the store. He always told me "you did a good job raising her." He had a special heart for people along with compassion which is rare these days. He loved his family with all of his heart. My prayers are with you all, but focus on his new life in Glory where there is no more pain and sorrow and remember all the good things he did in life. This will get you through this time of sorrow and he would want only the best for his family. May God richly bless you is my prayer.
Nick will be greatly missed by us and all of the community that Bear Creek Country Store serviced. His kind heart and willingness to help is a rarity these days. Our deepest sympathies and prayers are with all his family and friends.
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Nidal, My thoughts and prayers are with you all. i remember the first day I meet him when he came to school at Lynch Drive elementry school.
The loss of one so loved has saddened the hearts of so many.
My friend, you have left us way to soon. You had that special way of making each person that came into your store feel they were special. I will miss our almost daily visits. You have helped me and my family get through some tough times and it was appreciated. I finally made myself go into the store today, I just could not go. It was not the same, as I knew it would not be. I didn't hear that loving, hey "Mama" when I walked in the door. I will miss that. Nick you were a wonderful friend, and I adored you and George both. Loving you from afar now. "Mama"
Keeping the family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I already miss seeing his smiling face. Bear Creek won't be the same without him.
So sorry for Nick's early passing. He was always freindly amd called everyone Buddy or Chief. He will be missed! Rest in peace my friend...Buddy.
Nick you will be missed by us all. You always put a smile on my face in the mornings when I came to see you! You were always so kind to me and I am so grateful to have known you for as long as I did. My mornings will never be the same. Sending love to your family during this time.
My family and I have known Nick for about 6 years now as he was the owner of Bear Creek Grocery in Ferndale. He has watched my kids grow up and had always greeted us with a smile, laugh and a nickname to make us feel welcome. Everyday he would holler out "Miko" to greet my husband and it became almost like a family greeting. We will all miss him and his laughter but will treasure his memory fondly every time we pass through his beloved stores doors. RIP Nick the Logsdon family loved you.
