So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".

I cannot make the service due a family reunion, but I am thinking of and praying for everyone in the Stevens family. I met Nic in 1987 when we were in 7th grade at East Junior High. We eventually graduated together from the high school. Nic was kind and had a big heart. I know heaven gained a great angel. My condolences to everyone who loved him. Nic once posted on Facebook “I am the way, the truth, the life, nobody goes to the father except through me...God is love.”
