So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
Dear Gerry,
You and Dick have been a part of my family since I married your wonderful son, Bob. My fondest memories were when we lived close by in Arlington and were able to spend numerous holidays, birthdays and outings together. Dick was a wonderful father in law and grandfather. Callyn, West and I were fortunate to have had him in our lives. His intelligence, generous nature and love were constant in our lives. We will miss his smile and enormous hugs, his wit, And his love of history.
A favorite memory is sharing his birthday at our house and playing dominos afterwards at our kitchen table. We shared many trips with you two and we will always cherish the countless memories of holidays, celebrations and just being together. May Dick Rest In Peace. He will be missed. Love, Lynn
Gerry,
I am so sorry to read of Richard’s death. My prayers are with you and your family.
