August 13, 1942 - August 21, 2018

Brenda Jacqulyn Bradford, 76, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded in love by her family on Tuesday, August 21, 2018.
She was born on August 13, 1942 in Wynne, Arkansas to Jack and Beulah Bell. She graduated from Frayser High School in Memphis, Tennessee, she was a certified Radiologic Technologist and worked for over 30 years at John Gaston and The Med Hospital. She attended Bellevue Baptist Church for over twenty years, she loved taking care of her family and home, visiting with her neighbors and friends, helping others and truly loved playing with her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching Hallmark Christmas Movies and cheering on her favorite team the Arkansas Razorbacks. She will be remembered for the love she had for her husband and family, her strength and courage she had as she endured illness and treatments. Never giving up and no matter how bad she felt, she was always wanting to help others.
She is survived by her husband Dee, her children Monty Bradford (Sherry) of Marked Tree, AR, Erik Bradford (Lana) of Williston, TN, Derek Bradford (Jennifer) of Oakland, TN, grandchildren, Montyca Thompson, Dustin Bradford, Landon Bradford, Makenzie Bradford, Bliss Bradford, and one great-granddaughter, Marley Thompson.
Her kindness and grace touched the lives of everyone that knew her.

Mrs Bradford was the supervisor of Radiology in 1980 when I came to that department. My performance wasn’t up to par and she informed me of that. It took a performance reminder ( a push for excellence) to finally get my attention. So I start doing a much better job and now she is so pleased. I was young, inexperienced and talked to much to realize that the job is important. Ms Bradford could have fired me, but she didn’t. Judging by her resume she must have prayed about that situation because I started to take the job more serious. I often wonder why she didn’t fire me. That is not how she do things. She helped me instead of firing me. Thank you Jesus.
Rest on Ms Bradford. No more suffering.

So sorry for your loss may you find peace and comfort in the words spoken at 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4" Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God

Dee I was sorry to hear about Brenda. Brenda Brazil and I attended church together when I lived in Memphis and she has kept me updated on Brenda's health. Sorry that I couldn't attend the funeral. My husband is in poor health and I had him at an appointment in Germantown. Prayers for you and your children. I am the daughter of Floyd and Maggie Utley

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4 "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
