To all of David's Family and friends, I just saw this posting today. I haven't seen David or any of the Cartright family since we were kids but just wanted to say I am sorry for your loss. I remember all of the Cartwwright 's as a really nice family. RIP

To the Cartwright family, Sam will be truly missed! I just saw him not to long ago at Kroger and he snuck up behind me and scared the daylights out of me with that deep “SAM” voice and jokingly said “oh no, don’t tell me you have a little Cupples boy with you”. We spent 30 minutes talking about the good times we shared, (fishing, hunting, catching us in the pool acting like 25 year olds and all the times I took him hunting with Michael and myself). He even asked “where were the birds going to be opening weekend because I know you have a sunflower field full of them waiting on me to come help”. We shook hands and I told him I’d love to have him go with me and said we’d have to get Michael and his son to come as well. He then gave me a big bear hug and said thanks for all you did for Michael and for being such a great friend to him and his family. I told him “Sam you don’t have to thank me buddy, I love you and your family because you are family, after all, that’s what family do for each other, they love, take care of and appreciate each other. To Jamie, Michael, Joe and Laura, Your dad lived to see you find happiness and security and love. He will have died content for knowing that. AND best of all he did not suffer a long illness. I hope that the love and support from your family and friends, including me, gets you through this time. You're in my prayers. I was so saddened to hear about Sam passing. I hope and pray that you will have strength during this time of loss. My deepest condolences to you during this time. Know that you are not alone and that if you ever need to talk, please don't hesitate to reach out. Bryon Cupples and Family
