She is preceded in death by her husband, John Dalton Graham; parents, Rufus and Grace Edwards; and one sister, Louise Johnson.

Betty Jo was, without question, one of the sweetest people I've ever known. She was tolerant, forgiving, generous, and so ready with a sweet and disarming smile. I knew her from the time I was five and she and Dean were living at Mr. and Mrs. Edwards' house just a quarter mile or less from our house on what was called 20 Road. I hated it when they moved to Parkin and lived in that apartment but I remember going to their apartment and Betty Jo gave us strawberries with sugar. It was so good that now, at the age of 70, I can still remember them.

I remember when Dalton was born and when Denise was born and the pride Dean had in both his new brother and later his new sister. I remember Dean being attacked by a rooster - one of Mrs. Edwards many chickens in her yard or coop - and the problems that caused around the Edwards house. They were a grand family and well worth remembering - Betty Jo most of all among them.

Betty Jo, if you're reading this, tell Jesus not to be reading over your shoulder - it's not polite.

Love,
Darryl

So sorry for your loss may you find peace and comfort in the words spoken at 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4" Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God

I'm so sorry for yals list. Ms. Betty was the best. She was so caring and such a great cook. She always had such a loving heart go anyone anywhere. I hadn't seen her in some years and gate I didn't but I know she loved God and she's in a much better place than us. I know that doesn't ease the pain of grieving but if I can do anything for yal ...please don't hesitate to ask. Love you Denise , Erica , and Molly and you too Dean.
