Ms. JoAnn Steele of Marion, Arkansas, formerly of her hometown of Gilmore, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday June 9, 2018 at Willowbend of Marion Nursing Facility at the age of 82. JoAnn was born on November 28, 1935 to Clyde Steele and Stella Powers.
JoAnn worked as a bookkeeper and she also loved taking care of her animals. JoAnn was a member at West Memphis First Assembly of God. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving son; Chuck Weaver (Robin) of Marion, Arkansas; One sister; Clydie Smith of Marion, Arkansas; Two brothers; Walter Steele of Marion, Arkansas and Charles Steele (Linda) of Memphis, Tennessee. She will be deeply missed by Four Grandchildren; Joseph Weaver, Lance Weaver, Lindsay Thompson (Matt), and Ashley Weaver along with Four Great-Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Parents and One Son, Edward Weaver.
