Mr. Papps was a computer programmer, his hobbies included Boating, Woodworking and Golf.
Mr. Papps was preceded in death by his parents, Annie Mae and Percy Papps, a sister, Francis Blount.
He is survived by his wife Sandra Papps of Greers Ferry, AR; a son Rob Papps (Krista) of Germantown, Tn.
