I have many memories of your Dad. My favorite is all of us getting dressed in the Church before Paul and Jennifer's wedding. John Davis, Ted and I giving Paul a hard time. He had such a dry wit. Be strong.
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of our cousin, Teddy. Ruth Ellen, you are blessed, as was Teddy, to have 53 years of a loving relationship and the creation of a beautiful family for which you could be proud. The Harrison family can be proud of a fine man beloved by so many. We send our love to you and the boys and their families.
Ruth Ellen, It doesn't seem 53 years ago that Ann told me she was going to Hughes as there was a wedding shower for her future sister-in-law. A surprise to find you were marrying her brother as we never knew as fellow teachers we shared any "roots" I wish I could be there tomorrow with your family. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers now and in the days to come. Lougene

I was a member of troop 48 when Ted, Sr. was Scout Master. Condolences to the family. Teddy was a fine man.
I wanted to convey my condolences to all of Harrison family. I got to know Ted as a young scout and we became friends as I was a young man working on staff at our scout camp at Viola. Ted supplied us with thousands of feet of quality rope every summer and was always giving of his time and resources to help wherever he could. He was just an outstanding Christian gentleman and personified the ideals of scouting and was highly regarded by the youth and adult leaders of our scout council. It was a privlige to have counted him as a friend and I share your loss. Grace and peace to you all.
Ruth Ellen, John, and Paul,
I am thankful to have been given the opportunity to know and appreciate your family during the time I lived in Hughes and the years to follow. Teddy was a fine man that was admired by all that knew him. His service to his church and the Hughes community was special because it came from his heart for people he loved. I wish you grace and peace during this time, but rejoice with you in knowing he is with our Lord in Heaven now. Love to all of you.
