James Troy Adams, 58, of Marion, AR passed away on January 9, 2015. He was born July 3, 1956 in Lepanto, AR to James L. and Dorothy Adams. He was a deacon at Missouri St. Church of Christ and a respected farrier who owned Jim Adams Farrier Services.
He is survived by: his wife, Rebecca Adams; his father, James L. Adams; his daughters, Brianne Gaia of Bartlett, TN, and April Stokes of Marion, AR; his grandchildren, Hayden Mark Gaia, Aubrey Faith Gaia, and Rebecca Reese Stokes; a sister, Terry Parrish; two brothers, Steve Adams and Jeff Adams, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by: his mother, Dorothy Adams and his grandparents, Inez and Troy Chapple.
We wish to extend our condolences to the family at this time. May you be comforted by the promise of the resurrection and the knowledge that soon death will be no more and never again will we have to bury our loved ones. God makes this wonderful promise to is at Isaiah 25:8 where it states that he will "swallow up death forever." I hope you find solace in these words.
My thoughts and prayers are with Jims family. He was a classmate and neighbor. I can tell from the comments he was a great man, loved by so many.

Becky, I am so sorry to hear about Jimmy. I have so many fond memories of all of us @ Chatfield Horse shows & living down the road from you. I know he will be missed greatly but just knowing he is in Heaven and not suffering. You are in our thoughts & prayers.

Becky, Buster and all of the family. Mom and I were so saddened to hear of Jimmy's death. Mom said she can remember what beautiful prayers he always said when asked to pray before the congregation. He was such a kind and caring individual who will be missed by so many He has had a great impact on so many lives throughout his many years of being part of the MOST family.
