Arlie E. Platt, Sr., 73, of Marion, AR passed away January 9, 2015.
He was a superintendent for a number of years and a faithful member of Corner Stone Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lottie Platt; his parents Donald and Stella Platt; and 2 brothers, Elmer Platt and Donald Ray Platt.
He is survived by 1 son, Arlie E. Platt, Jr. (Christy) of Kountze, TX; 5 daughters, Brenda Neal (Ronny) of Marion, AR, Diana Williams (Reed) of Troy, MO, Margie Hall (Billy Joe) of Kountze, TX, Margaret Millikin (Brett) of Marion, AR, Debora Norville (Jere) of Marion, AR; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, Sylvia Hampton (Charles) of Proctor, AR, Georgia Gann (Darrell) of Proctor, AR, Virginia Kirk of Jonesboro, AR, Linda Whitted (Marvin) of Arkansas; and 1 brother, Ricky Platt (Cindy) of Proctor, AR.
