Richard L. Huff, 79, of Proctor, AR passed away at his home on August 13, 2014.
He is survived by: his 2 sons, Richie Huff of Proctor, AR and Chris Huff of West Memphis, AR; 3 grandchildren, Christopher, Makayla, and Lola; 1 niece, Hazel Walton; and one nephew, Wesley Huff.
