With deepest sympathy, my thoughts and prayers go out to all those that love and care for this beautiful person. Lil Joe is my cousin on my dad's side, Paul Cooksey. Although I didn't know him well, my memories of him as a rambunctious little boy and a quiet but kind young man are fond and warm my heart. May God bring comfort to all his family during this difficult time. May the love of those around you help you through the days ahead.

Joe was my cousin. I have not seen him since he was a little boy, but I remember going over to his house and playing on the trampoline with him and his sister. My dad, Paul Cooksey, has always talked about his family and how much he loves them. Wish I knew them better myself. I'll be praying for Betty and Joe, also Lil Joe's wife and children. God loves us and assures us we will see our dead loved ones again. Rev.21:1-5. May He comfort you!

Lil Joe you have always been more of a brother too me than a cousin. We didn't see each other a lot or hang around each other a lot but what little we did was some of my best memories. I'm sure gonna miss you along with the rest of the family. We love you and miss you dearly.
