Although I didn't know him well, my memories of him as a rambunctious little boy and a quiet but kind young man are fond and warm my heart. Joe was my cousin. I have not seen him since he was a little boy, but I remember going over to his house and playing on the trampoline with him and his sister. My dad, Paul Cooksey, has always talked about his family and how much he loves them. Wish I knew them better myself. I'll be praying for Betty and Joe, also Lil Joe's wife and children. God loves us and assures us we will see our dead loved ones again. Rev.21:1-5. May He comfort you!
