Lois L. Brown, 88 passed away from this life Monday, June 18, 2018 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born January 27, 1930 in Jenny Lind, Arkansas to the late Mary V. Rowe. She was a graduate of Greenwood High School Class of 1948.
Lois loved watching her children and grandchildren participating in sports. She was a devoted wife and mother, and was very active in church. She enjoyed playing bridge, dominoes, and volunteering at the church thrift shop.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her mother and a half-sister. She leaves her husband of 67 years George J. Brown. One son Jack Brown (Jackie); two daughters Tina Ziegenbalg (Jon), Karen Belanger (Michael); six grandchildren Zac Brown, Kyle Ziegenbalg, Grace Ziegenbalg, Jennifer Stewart, Kristine Owings and Aaron Joiner and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21st, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 AM, at the First Methodist Church in Searcy. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 with Reverend David Orr officiating. Interment will be at White County Memorial Gardens.
