Bonnie Leland Shearer, 89 was born to John W. and Lucy Ramsey Shearer on May 25, 1925 in Searcy, Arkansas and passed away in December 29, 2014 in Searcy.

Mr. Shearer was a retired from Southern California Edison Power and Light and he was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church. He served in the United States Navy during World War II.

He is preceded on death by his wife Lorene Shearer, his parents, three brothers, Arthur, Arnold and Bill Shearer, five sisters, Sylvia Hughen, Letha Moody, Betty Ramsey, Alma Chandler and Thelma Moore.

He is survived by a daughter, Deborah Rodgers, a granddaughter, Michelle Wise, two great-grandchildren, Dillian and Kala Wise all of Searcy, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation on Thursday, January 1, 2015 6-8 PM at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy. Funeral Services in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 2 PM. Interment in White County Memorial Gardens.
