Ava Lavada Vaughn, 72, of Searcy, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 22, 2014. She was born Monday, October 13, 1941 in Searcy to the late William Andy and Berthy Wright Good.
Mrs. Vaughn was retired from Safeway and Harvest Foods, she loved taking care of her cows and she was a member of the Downtown Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Dickie Vaughn; a sister, Ardella Harkreader of Hartman, Arkansas; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 26, 2014 6:00-8:00pm at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home (501)268-3546. Funeral service will be 10:00am, Thursday, February 27, 2014 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in White County Memorial Gardens.
