John was my first dispatcher when I came to Wal-Mart in 1999. I remember John had a rough and tough exterior, but inside he had a very big heart, he cared a lot for his drivers and would stand up for them. When my daughter Brittany would ride with me John would always give her a apple or orange with a big smile for her. I glad to have had John for my dispatcher and a friend. I sorry for your loss.
