Mary Ellen Overturf, 71, of Osceola, AR passed away October 16, 2017 in Jonesboro. She was born January 3, 1946 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Richard and Marsha Ramey. She was a member of Osceola First Baptist Church, served her church as a kitchen helper, and she volunteered for the Relay for Life. Survivors include her daughter: Carlene Jeanette Overturf of Osceola, AR; son: Randall Scott Overturf of Inman, SC; grandchild: Sara Michelle Overturf of Boiling Springs, SC; sisters: Erma (Larry) Mays of Fort Smith, AR and JoAnn (Don) Gray of Blytheville, AR; brother: Fred Ramey of Blytheville, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother: Rick Ramey.

Dear sis, you were missed the minute you left my driveway last week.. You made a promise to Sam and you kept it.. You will be missed by your Ky Family so much, and so grateful for the honor of having you a member of my family and mostly for being my best friend for the last 30years..thick and thin we made it, Thanks for making our lives interesting and all our good times, we grew ole together.. love you , Mary, just plain love you
