Born November 28, 1976 to Jimmy Wayne and Peggy Jewell Kelley, he was a Production Supervisor at Warren Oil and a member of Harvest Fellowship Church in Manila. He is survived by his wife: Kimberly Michelle Kelley; sons: Bryson Kelley, Kase Kelley, Brennen Laird, and Kade Laird; sister: Helen (Josh) Parker; brother: Timmy Kelley; nephews: Kaleb Childress and Easton Parker; niece: Hannah Carlton. He is preceded in death by his mother.
