Betty Clare Winston, 77, lifelong resident of Osceola, Arkansas passed away November 1, 2016 at her home. Born December 1, 1938 to Timothy Evans and Elizebeth (Love) Bowles in Osceola, Arkansas. She was a housewife and a member of First United Methodist Church of Osceola. She is survived by her two sons: Timothy Bryan (Kathy) Winston of Osceola, Arkansas and Lowell O'Neal Winston III of Memphis, Tennessee; daughter: Elizebeth Love (Jeff) Creecy of Osceola, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Elizabeth Blair Winston, Timothy Bryan Winston, Jr and Baylor Wright Winston and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Betty Clare was a real lady from the get go. She lived every day to its fullest and with a Christian set of values. She will be missed by many because she was so involved and touched so many.

She was such a special woman. She always had a smile on her face. Losing your Mother is hard, I was only 28 when I lost mine, but grateful for all the times you had together. And remember no one can take those precious memories. I love ya'll and you will be in my heart and in my prayers.
