Donald Haley Crews, 85, of Etowah, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 4th, 2016 at his home. He was born April 4th, 1931 in Etowah to Robert and Nannie Crews. He was a lifelong Farmer and also Owner/Operator of American and Onyx Recording Studios in Memphis, TN. He served nine years in the United States Naval Reserve and was affiliated with the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife: Betty Anne Crews; one son: Erick Crews of the home; one daughter: Gretchen Engel and spouse, Richard, of Toano, Virginia; five grandchildren: Joe Engel, David Engel, Alicia Smith, April Wilson, Jackie Laden and eleven great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters.
