Patsy Tolease (Jackson, Mann) Fitzhugh, 74, of Keiser, AR passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016 in Memphis, TN. She was born August 3, 1941 to the late Gilbert and Mary Jackson. She was a wife and mother and a member of Etowah Church of God. She is survived by her husband Frank Fitzhugh; two sons: Jacob Mann and Lester and daughter-in-law Risa Mann; two stepdaughters: Eileen Fitzhugh and Teresa Fitzhugh; grandchildren: Francois Mann, Justin Mann and Alyssa Mann; step-grandchildren, Jessica LaFleur, Amy LaFleur, Joey LaFleur, Kirby Coggin step-great-grandchildren: Isaiah Coggin and Lillianna Coggin; sister Judy Leal and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son; Donald Rayburn Mann; brothers: Gilbert Jackson Jr. Bobby G. Jackson and Dannie Jackson; sisters Wilma Robinson and Merietta Spears.
