James Elbert Manuel, 72, of Osceola, Arkansas, passed away Friday, November 28, 2014. Born in Osceola, Arkansas, on September 21, 1942 to Luther and Lillie Mae Manuel. He was of the Pentecostal Faith, enjoyed fishing, coon, rabbit and squirrel hunting, was a retired employee of the City of Osceola. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Manuel; three sons: James Allen Manuel, Billy Wayne Manuel and Bobby Lane Manuel all of Keiser, Arkansas; two daughter: Sandra Jean Bonee of Savannah, Tennessee and Ramona Lynn Herron of Osceola, Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters Mary Dodson and Euleta Ashley both of Monette, Arkansas; two brothers: A. J. Manuel of Monette, Arkansas and Kenneth Manuel of Paragould, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Louise Brothers and brother Jerry Don Manuel.
