Joyce E. Strain Condrey, 65, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Joyce was born on February 10, 1953 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to the late Arnold and Barbara (Wilson) Potter. Joyce worked for many years as a waitress at Eileen's, Granny's and Rainbow in Mountain View. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, sister, and friend to many people. She loved sewing potholders and doo rags. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.

Joyce is survived by one daughter, Monica Lewis (Charles) Lewis of Mountain View, Arkansas; brothers, Russell Potter of Washington State, Arnie (Becki) Potter of West Plains, Missouri, Leon Potter of Sacramento, California, and Charles Potter of Mountain View, Arkansas; one sister, Elizabeth Potter (Libby) of Mountain View, Arkansas; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Barbara (Wilson) Potter, two husbands, Tony Strain and Edward Condrey one brother, William (Bill) Potter and one son Edward Condrey.

A memorial service celebrating Joyce's life will be held Saturday, July 28, 2018, 2:00 PM at 800 Prince Loop in Mountain View, Arkansas. Inurnment will be at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

A loving family member, have many fond memories of growing up with Joyce as my sister. As might be understood, we sometimes didn't see things the same way - but we usually worked everything out. I'll miss her very much.
