Lance Howard Adams, age 43 of Mountain View, AR, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2017, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born in Batesville, AR, on November 4, 1973, to Ralph and Peggy (Lancaster) Adams.
Lance accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and faithfully attended Red Doors Missionary Baptist Church. He will always be remembered for his kind and gentle nature.
Lance is survived by his parents; one sister, Jessica Sullivan and husband Brian; one niece, Anna Reese Sullivan; three aunts, Geraldine Scott of Benton, AR; Pam Sweeney and husband John of Mountain View, AR; and Mary Lynn Smith of Mountain View, AR; and one uncle, Eric Lancaster of California. He also leaves behind a host of caring relatives and friends.
Lance is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lothie and Georgia (Long) Adams and J.E. and Dollie Belle (Storey) Lancaster.
A graveside funeral was held at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View, AR, on Tuesday, August, 29, 2017, at 10:00 am. Josh Looney, pastor of Red Doors, officiated the service.
The pallbearers were Adrian Columb, James Ivy, Danny Simmons, and Brian Sullivan. Honorary pallbearers were Eldo Fletcher, Troy Morrow, Johnny Ridgley, James Storey, Larry Sullivan, John Sweeney, and R.L. Vannatter.
Arrangements were provided by Roller-Crouch's Funeral Home.

Mrs Adams, my heart is breaking for you guys. The place Lance held in my heart will never be replaced. Heaven gained a beautiful angel! What I would do to hear that sweet voice of his yell my name one more time. Love you all, prayers going up!
I'm soo sorry to hear of Lance's passing away. I haven't seen him in quite some time but I will always remember his smile. I remember when he was little sometimes he would give me a hug but I always got that big smile. My prayers are with you all.
