Lola Mae Canard, 91, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Highlands of Mountain View. Lola was born on May 4, 1924 to the late Raymond and Rachel (Hinkle) Bright in Pitcher, Oklahoma. Lola had a passion for quilting, especially baby quilts. She was a Christian woman who was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be missed by her loved ones and friends.

Lola is survived by daughters, Arlyene McIntire and husband Don, Nadine Fred and husband Keith; one son, Andre Canard and wife Terrie; eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren, as well as many extended family and friends.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Rachel (Hinkle) Bright; husband, Mitchel Canard; daughter, Carolyn Henson and husband Jim and one grandson, Todd Fred.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas from 1:30-2:00PM. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00PM with Brother Gordon Grammer officiating. Interment will be at Bickles Cove Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Pallbearers are Cleo Sutton, Larry Ragan, Don McIntire, Keith Fred, Lynn Smith, and Tom Adams.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
