Lavern Baldridge Clark, age 77, of Mountain View passed away January 15, 2016, at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was born to Jim and Tiller (Ruminer) Britton, June 28, 1938, in Dugan, Arkansas, where she grew up.
She worked at Blanchard Shirt Factory and White Rogers/Emerson Electric from which she retired after more than twenty years of service. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. She touched the lives of many people as they did hers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Tiller Britton, her brother, Kenneth Ruminer; two sisters; and one grandson, Adam Baldridge.
Survivors include: her sons, Allen Baldridge and James Baldridge and wife Jan; her daughter; Tina Meeker and husband Lonnie, all of Mountain View; grandchildren; Jody, Jesse, Ryan, Brandon, and Aaron; great grandchildren; Brody, Chase, Justin, Luke, Braxton, Cynthia, Zaylie, and Jadon; and a long time best friend, Christine Criswell.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 17, 2016 from 6:00 till 8:00 P,M. at Roller Crouch Chapel. Funeral service will be Monday, January 18, 2016, 10:00 A.M.at Roller Crouch Chapel with Bro. Junior Barham officiating. Interment will be in Mt.Joy Cemetery.
Pallbearers are: Donald Barham, Jason Price, Russ Barnes, Johnny Thomas, Roger Thomas and Lonnie Brown. Honorary pallbearers are Jody Baldridge, Jessie Baldridge, Ryan Baldridge, Brandon Meeker and Aaron Baldridge.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Crouch Funeral Home.

We are so very sorry about Lavern's passing. She was such a sweet lady and will be missed by all that knew her. We are sorry we couldn't be at her visitation or funeral, but our thoughts and prayers were with you all then and still are. We love all of you and pray that God wraps his loving, comforting arms around all of you.

Lavern you will be missed by many and me included and I still cook that good ole water gravy from time to time and when I do I always remember u, prayers goes out the kids and grandkids and all the family from me and my boys and we love u and will think of u often. Alan and Tina I worked with u all and your mom and I love u so much and I pray the Lord will help u through this difficult time, and later on when u need him the most.
