me and my siblings loved Node so much - there was a bunch of us and she had 2 children but we spent almost equal time at each house. I have two brothers who were very close to Curtis (EJ and Karol) and me and my twin (Peg) was same age as Betty. We ate meals there, we played as long as there was daylight and then the boys hunted and we girls listened to radio. our favorite was WLS - Chicago....no TV at that time. my other siblings have very fond memories also just because she welcomed everyone to her house. My sister Larce has been her neighbor for last few years and they meant a lot to each other, my brother, Tracy remember working jigsaw puzzles and eating hush puppies. . she will be missed. She will rejoice greatly heaven and that is what she has dedicated her life to be a good
