Keith Glen Richardson, 78, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Keith was born on April 27, 1940 in Timbo, Arkansas to the late Oral and Blanche (Gammill) Richardson. Keith attended Arkansas State University and worked at the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department for 42 years before retiring. Keith volunteered for 46 years for the Desha Volunteer Fire Department; he was also a first responder and served as a deacon and faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Desha, Arkansas. Keith will be greatly missed by all of his loving family and friends.
Keith is survived by his wife of 57 years, Judy (Roper) Richardson; one son, James Glen Richardson and wife Laurie; one daughter, Jennifer Richardson-Barnes and husband James; two brothers, Dwight Richardson and wife Brenda and Aubrey Richardson and wife Jana; grandchildren, Bethany Reasonor and husband, Jon, Carlie Richarson, and Jayce Allen Barnes; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and many more extended family and friends.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Oral and Blanche (Gammill) Richardson.
Visitation for Keith will be Friday, June 29, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Roller Coffman Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 30, 2018, 2:00 PM at Roller Coffman Chapel with Brother Junior Barham officiating. Interment will follow the service at Big Springs Cemetery in Newnata, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Tommy Taylor, Shorty Coles, Butch Stephens, Shawn Stephens, Bob Osgood, and Mac Harmon. Honorary pallbearers are the Desha Volunteer Fire Department.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

We are so sorry to hear of Keith's death. We only found out about it this week. We would have been there had we known.
We remember all the good visits we had as backyard neighbors at Desha. Good neighbors are hard to find and y'all were the best.
