Theda Lorell Johnson, 81, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on January 27, 2018 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. Theda was born on March 2, 1936 in Timbo, Arkansas to the late Waco and Lucy (May) Johnson. Theda was a homemaker and treasured her family. She was a member of East Richwoods Baptist Church and served as the song leader for many years. Theda also enjoyed painting pictures and playing music in her spare time. Theda will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Theda is survived by her husband, James McIntare; son, Lance Johnson; daughter, April Bobo; sisters, Marilyn Horsley and Bonnie Patterson; one grandson, Clay Jones, and many extended family and friends.
Theda was preceded in death by her parents, Waco and Lucy (May) Johnson.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 29, 2018, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 30, 2018, 2:00 PM at East Richwoods Baptist Church in Mountain View, Arkansas with Brothers Junior Barham and Larry Howard officiating. Interment will be at Blue Mountain Cemetery in Timbo, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Kenny Bobo, Kevin Horsley, Clay Jones, Roger Wilson, Larry Morgan, and Lance Johnson. Honorary pallbearer is H. B. Bobo.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
