My heart is saddened by this news but I know that he made a difference with that smile and personality. Chris you will be truly missed but your memories will live On! Fly high my friend.
Allen, Regina, Megan and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Chris's passing.
Words can not express the deepest sympathy. Cherish the memories you did have. Chris had a big heart in many ways.
May the Lord bless and comfort you during this time of grief.
It's been many years since I last saw Chris. We probably talked about the Army as I was just home from a deployment to Kuawait. And even though that's about all I remember about the last time I talked to Chris, I don't think I have a single memory of him when he didn't have a goofy smile on his face. I am absolutely heartbroken that his light is gone from this world and pray for the peace and understanding we all need to see us through this devastating loss.
May God comfort each of the family members as you walk through this valley of the shadow of death.
We did not know Chris, but we’ve had difficult times like you’re going through right now. My wife and I lost a 21 year old son and we cherish his memory just as you do of Chris. It’s a heartbreaking loss whether it’s a son, a husband, a father, or a friend.
We’ve found that each person in the families has to grieve in their own way and own time, so we encourage each of you to recognize that in the coming weeks. And also you may not think so in the next few weeks, but as time passes you will be able to think more on the good times that you had together and less about losing Chris.
We are of the Christian faith and as we dealt with our pain we came to understand that God is still sovereign.
It is always good to hear people remember and name the one you’ve lost. Chris will not be forgotten by friends and I hope they’ll share their memories of him with you
