Eddie Joe Cypert, age 65 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, May 12th, 2018 at his home. He was born in Marshall, Arkansas on August 3rd, 1952 to Perry Kay Cypert and Magdalene House Cypert.
Eddie served in the National Guard for 6 years. He worked 19 years as manager of Harps Market and then at Marshall Milling Company until his retirement in 2013. After retirement Eddie enjoyed his early morning coffee with his buddies at Harps followed by a trip to Hietts Auto Sales for more fun and entertainment. Everyone who knew Eddie was a recipient of his kind and generous heart. He was a hard worker and would do anything to help anyone in need. Eddie enjoyed life and some of his favorite things to do included gardening, riding motorcycles with his road buddies, hunting for arrowheads, deer hunting and in his younger days, bass fishing. Eddie will be sorely missed on this earth. Rest in Peace Eddie until we meet again.
Survivors include his wife of almost 45 years, Gail Cypert of the home; one son, Clint Cypert and wife Tanya of Marshall; grandchildren, Jarred and Callie Barrett of Leslie, Jace Cypert and Abbie Cypert, both of Marshall; one great-grandson, Mylez Barrett; mother-in-law, Juanita Smith of Marshall; one sister, Janice Linn and husband Tom of Clinton; sisters-in-law, Connie Cypert of Garfield, Gina White of Harrison and Judy Smith of Marshall.
Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Magdalene Cypert; one brother, Donnie Cypert; his father-in-law, Beecher Smith; and brother-in-law, Jerry Don Smith.
Funeral services for Eddie will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 15th, 2018 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Donnie Horton officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery in Marshall, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Jeff Jennings, Brad Smith, Perry Cypert, Jace Cypert, Jarred Barrett and J.B. Story. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Passmore, Elvin Horton, Ronnie Hiett, David Williams, James Fountain, Donnie Henderson and Eddie's Harps Coffee Buddies.

Gail, Clint and Family,
Our hearts are heavy with the loss of Eddie. God blessed this community with a wonderful friend and neighbor in Eddie Joe Cypert. Our time with him has passed by far to swiftly and he has finished his course and has been called home.
