So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
“With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".

Bev and Family I am so heart broken to hear of Donnie's passing. My prayers are with you during this time of loss. I have so many memories of going to Uncle Don and Aunt Pat's. All of us kids played while our parents played cards. I never could get the hang of calling him "Buk". He will always be Donnie to me. I will miss that boyish grin and his sense of humor. My prayers are also with his mom, Aunt Pat, Bob & Kim. I love you all.

To my friend Buk Buchanan!
When I first moved to Arkansas and went to work in the construction field for KTR Construction was the first time I meet Buk and needless to say we hit it off right from the start yes buk was my first friend when I moved to Arkansas, we had the same interest hunting and fishing it was in our blood and that’s all we talked about and spent our spare time pursuing. We had a lot of good times together Buk and me. His son Mark was the ring barer at our wedding. By the way we both were KC Chief and Hogs fans as well. Then came the big move, Buk told me he was moving him and his family to Witchita Kansas and was taking a job with Boeing what an opportunity for my friend and his family. I knew then I was loosing a great friend, hunting and fishing buddy.
Funny thing over the years I thought of my friend often but we didn’t stay in touch over the years. It was recently that we started texting each other and I found out he was moving back to Arkansas and we both were looking forward to seeing each other again. You see even over the years and the distance between us I knew that our friendship was still as strong as the day our friendship began. I will miss my friend but I hold all of my most dearest memories that only true friends can have and share. God bless you my friend and my prayers go out to the entire Buchanan Family in your loss. I love Buk Buchanan!!!!!
Your friend always Mike Taggart
