To Bill's family and friends, i am so sorry for your loss and I know he will be missed greatly. Bill was a man that you could always count on and I am so glad that I had a chance to know and work with him. I will never forget him and hope to see him again some day. I am so happy that I could visit with him last week by phone. Was hoping to visit with him in person soon but God had a different plan.

Billy Joe will be missed by all who knew him. I remember when we use to play softball and he would come around the fields to watch the games and we would pick on him and he would us. He was a great man, friend to all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
