So sorry to hear about my cousin Ray. You know, I came along so late in my mother Patty's life that I considered anyone near my age to be my first cousin. Ila & Bob sent me email this morning with the news of Ray's passing. I haven't been good about staying in touch since I moved away but that doesn't mean I don't think about you all often.

Wishing you peace as you remember a special life.

I met Mr.Ray 6 years ago while we was doing some work for our company.the first day I laid eyes upon him he was not the man that I grew to know and care about. we talked about everything and I enjoyed the days he would come to our locations because I knew we were in for great conversation.he always Told the love he had for his children and family and how proud he was of them. He is a caring and lovin man. If you never talked to who I called Brother Ray you really missed out on a unique man. I will miss you brother Ray Sam Shannon

I am so sorry for your loss. I had the honor of working with Ray and the scrapyard in Drasco. It broke my heart when I heard the news about his passing. May God comfort you in your time of mourning and I will be praying for your family.

I don't know what to say to my dear friends and loved ones and even to all the church of Liberty because I am so shocked and so sorry for this sad day of the loss of a dear friend and fellow Brother in Christ. I have not told Ronnie yet and I am dreading the time of him finding this out. He will be so saddened also to know that someone that he held so dear in our hearts has gone to heaven. Just goes to show everyone needs to be ready whether they are sick or healthy. Their time to meet the Lord could be at any time. We love you Karen and family and are keeping the family and the church family in our prayers. Love to our son Brother Jamon for I know this will be hard go through. God will and can do all things.
