Michael Ray Brown, age 57 of Harriet, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, January 23, 2015 in St. Charles, Missouri. He was born in Jerseyville, Illinois on July 15, 1957 to Paul Ray Brown and Retha Louise (Baysinger) Brown.
Michael was a veteran of the United States Navy having served our country for five years. He worked as an Industrial Engineer for Boeing Aircraft for 26 years.
Michael is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ollie and Marion Brown and Archie and Maria Baysinger.
Survivors include his parents, Paul Ray and Retha Louise Brown of Harriet; one sister, Paula Louise Brown of Greenbrier; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins who will also mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Michael will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Brother Phillip Avey officiating. Special music will be performed by Tim Baysinger. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in the Chapel. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery near Harriet.
Pallbearers will be Henry Harkey, Benny Arrowood, Terry Long, Greg Watts, Tommy Simpson and Bill Porterfield. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Baysinger and Tim Baysinger.
I worked with Mike for several years within the Industrial Engeering group at Boeing. He was professional, very knowledgeable and a gentleman in all respects. I am so sorry for your loss.
I was also a co-worker of Mike's at the Boeing Co. I was shocked and sadden to hear about Mike's passing. Our prayers are with you and your family may god bless you all.
