Barbara Lou ''Bart'' Passmore, age 72 of Oxley, Arkansas passed from this life on Saturday, November 15th at her home. She was born October 9, 1942 to Alton ''Doc'' Passmore and Neva Emma ''Kuykendall'' Passmore.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers; Hendrix Passmore of Oxley and Larry ''Pete'' Passmore of Oxley.
She is survived by 3 sisters; Bernell (James) Adams, Betty Jo Lockerby, both of Oxley and Emma (Ronald) Morrison of Campbell. 2 brothers; Corbet (Lois) Passmore of Parkin and Daniel (Maurdice) Passmore of Leslie. 11 nieces; 6 nephews; 15 great nieces; 18 great nephews; 13 great, great nieces; 17 great, great nephews.
She was employed at Flintrock Shirt Factory for 35 years before her retirement in 1998. She loved to quilt, sew, cook and sit barefoot on the front porch watching hummingbirds. She was a mother hen to many children and loved to play cards and games.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, November 18th at 2pm at Roller Coffman Chapel in Marshall with Bro. Tom Jolly and Bro. Gary Ragland officiating. Burial will be at Kuykendall Cemetery following the service.
Pallbearers are John Paul Bramlett, Revel Passmore, Sam Passmore, Seth Passmore, Dalton Treat and Hayden Treat.
Honorary Pallbearers are Dustin Davis, Daniel Jackson and Johnny Wilbanks.
I am so sorry to hear Bart has passed away. She was such a sweet person and will be greatly missed by her family. May God bless you all during this time.
