Ralph E. Parris, 88, of Carlisle, AR passed away on September 18, 2018. He was born February 13, 1930 to Richard Parris and Grace Spann Parris Edmonson. He was a retired railroad employee and cattle farmer.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother and sister, Marilyn Carter. Ralph is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ruth Fleenor Parris; his daughters, Jan Parris Rivers and Dee Parris Plummer; four grandchildren, Justin Varnadore, Jana Collins, Robyn Hogue, and Autumn McGaugh; 3 step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Floy Moody; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, September 23 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR. Services will be on Monday, September 24 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with interment at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
