Catherine Sue Lilly, 97, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord August 20, 2018. She was born in Oppelo, Arkansas on November 1, 1920 to A.J. and Cora Moore. Catherine loved spending time with her family, the family dogs and a good meal. She was a big fan of Razorback Football and St. Louis Cardinal Baseball.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; Elizabeth and Ona Mae, husband; Elvie Lee Lilly, son; Elvie Lee Lilly, Jr. and grandson; Chad Lilly. Catherine is survived by six children; Betty Caraway, Barbara Harrison (David), Jim Lilly (Paulette), Larry Lilly, Kay Freeman, Peggy Lyons, daughter-in-law; Annette Lilly, two sisters; Peggy Neal and Grace Bauman and eighty children who called her Grandma. The family would like to thank Clementine Conley for the love and care she gave Catherine and Hospice Home Care for the kindness and dignity shown to her during her passing.

The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".

i didn’t no this sweet lady but really I did because she has wonderful granddaughter (Summer Freeman) Who came to work often on Mondays after she been with her on the weekends telling me all the great things that they did over the weekend!. She must have been a great lady because she helped raise a wonderful granddaughter who I’m fortunate enough to work with. Prayers for the entire family and be really proud of yourself summer for being such a great granddaughter to a wonderful lady!
The family, friends and all who new Aunt Catherine will surely miss this sweet lady. May God sustain us all during this time of grieving.
