Joe Rabburn Taylor, 70, of Redfield, passed away Thursday, February 8. He was born August 20, 1947, to the late Newt James Taylor and Ione McKinzie in Little Rock, AR. He owned A. Perfect Roofing Company for 30 years and attended the Ironton Assembly of God Church.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Delores; mother, Ione; three daughters: Donna Fagan (Tony) of Hensley, Rebecca Buchanan (Toby) of Hensley, and Mary Pifer (Brent) of Redfield; grandchildren: Kirsten Plouch, Taylor Hunt, Ashlin Garrett, Billy Joe Hardwick, Lilly Pifer and Todd Pifer; one great grandchild, Iyla Hunt; a brother Harvey Taylor, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
He is preceded in death by his father, a brother Thomas Wayne Taylor, a granddaughter, Katilin Garrett, a great grandchild, Kinsley Hunt.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, February 12, at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, AR. 72209, officiated by Brother Tony Fagan and Pastor Dan McDonald. Lois and I were so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. God’s word says death is an enemy, and it certainly is. Reading Rev. 21:3, 4 and John 5:25 have always brought us comfort, and hopefully will do the same for you.
