I had the pleasure of getting to know Gary while I was his home health nurse. His daughter Michelle always took good care of him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Gary. I grew up across the street from the Wise family and have such fond memories of all the kids in the neighborhood. It was such a simple time back then. Praying for all of Gary's family.

We've known your family for 30+ years and we are so sorry for the loss of your father. My kids spent their very early years with you kids. We mourned the loss of your Momma & now the loss of your dad. You are in our thoughts & prayers through your grieving. Much love to you all.

To my precious grand children. There are no words I can say to take the pain from your hearts. I can only say, lean on our Lord. He will get you through. You have faced trials in your young lives, that many of us didn't face until we were much older. You have each other, which is a blessing. And, you have aunts, an uncle and me, when you need us. I don't have any great things that I can say, but, my arms are always open.

I will always be grateful that Gary loved my Sister and took care of my beautiful Nephews and Nieces. He kept them together after losing their Mother so young. He took them to Church and gave them a beautiful spirit and the most important love of all. I will always love and respect him for that. My Nieces and Nephews and their families are his Legacy and he couldn't have a better one. I love you guys, I'm sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your loss may you find peace and comfort in the words spoken at 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4" ( 3) Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort,  (4 ) who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we get from God.
